Cardio / Aerobics

Cardio is an important form of exercise. It increases your heart rate and makes your lungs work harder while burning calories. Some doctors recommend at least thirty minutes a day of some form of cardio. While cardio is used for losing weight, it is not as effective at building muscles as strength training. Many people incorporate both cardio and weight training to change up their routines and give the body a full workout.
